I'm David. I'm a Christian business guy who gets fired up helping other business guys and gals realize their business as a ministry. I've spent the past seven years doing that as a C12 Chair in Maryland, and this deck holds what I've watched those leaders put into practice.

I love tech and I love tactile, so the Field Guide is both. There are 52 cards you can shuffle and hand across a table, plus online resources and an AI advisor for when you want to go deeper. I can't stand resources that waste a leader's time, so I worked hard to keep this from being one of them.

Before C12, I co-founded Immersion Active, a marketing agency we sold to Home Instead in 2016. I also wrote Beyond the Multiple. I'm a husband, father, and grandfather, and Stephanie and I live in downtown Frederick, Maryland.
