Getting Started

  1. Determine Interest: Gauge employee interest through anonymous surveys or informal discussions.
  2. Choose a Leader: Select a respected and willing employee to lead or coordinate the group, or rotate leaders.
  3. Set a Time and Place: Arrange a regular, convenient time and private space for meetings that don't interfere with work responsibilities.
  4. Communicate Openly: Make it known that participation is voluntary and that all are welcome, respecting diverse perspectives.
  5. Provide Materials: Supply Bibles and study guides, considering various translations and study aids.

Tips for Success

  • Don't assume who may or may not be interested.
  • Encourage open discussion and avoid being the one to answer every question.
  • Encourage the meetings to be Spirit-led and allow everyone the chance to pray.
