“The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”

Getting Started

  1. Define Contents: Choose useful items to include, such as nonperishable foods, socks, and hygiene products.
  2. Involve Your Team: Encourage employees to contribute items, assemble boxes, or suggest recipients.
  3. Partner Locally: Work with community organizations to distribute the boxes effectively and respectfully.
  4. Add a Personal Touch: Add personal notes or decoration to each box, making the act of receiving it more special. Offer a prayer of blessing and protection over each.
  5. Reflect and Share: After distribution, share with others how this experience impacted your team and the recipients of the boxes.

Tips for Success

  • Include information in the boxes about community resources.
  • Set up a dedicated space in your office for collecting and storing items.
